The trio proceeded to discuss beauty standards, with Kylie saying, ‘One of the biggest misconceptions about me is that I was like this insecure child and I got so much surgery to change my whole face, which is false. Khloe told her sisters, ‘Who knows if I never heard my mom talk about my nose, if I would have thought that I needed a nose job,’ as Kourtney admitted, ‘Right, I definitely heard her talk about her nose.’
