There are few ten-year-olds who require zero assistance in the wardrobe department, but North West is one of them.
The eldest daughter of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West welcomed her double figure birthday, which is today, with a sleepover last night at Los Angeles' Beverly Hills Hotel, which saw guests gifted with matching monogrammed Pepto Bismol pink Skims pyjamas.
Sharing a video to hers and Kim's TikTok account, North showed the behind-the-scenes of her birthday, which came complete with Hello Kitty refreshments, customisable cushions, karaoke machines and a gilded silver tiered cake. But it’s those all-important Barbie pink Skims pyjamas — and North’s matching mummy-and-me moment with Kim in particular that caught our eye.

Of course, this isn’t the first co-ordinating moment North has had with Kim. To attend Jean Paul Gaultier’s couture fashion week show last year, North and Kim wore matching nose rings, which was just the latest of a string of co-ordinating style statements the pair have had over the years. At the tender age of three, North and Kim opted for matching silver sequin Vetements dresses to attend Kanye’s Saint Pablo show in New York, which was arguably the twinning moment to end all twinning moments.
It’s not even just North’s matching style moments that have made headlines, but rather her dedication to fashion too. Last year, in a now-deleted TikTok, she took fans on a tour of her very impressive walk-in wardrobe containing her designer handbag collection – including a Birkin.
In 2016, Kim replied to a tweet saying ‘North West is such a little fashion icon’ with the comment, ‘She designed her own dress today in her dad's office & is picking out fabrics tomorrow! She loves fashion!!!’
