Update 1/12/2020: Justin Bieber Responded Perfectly When Asked What ‘The Hold Up’ Is On Having Kids With Hailey
Seven months after Justin Bieber appeared on the Ellen DeGeneres Show, was questioned about plans for having children with his wife Hailey and avowed that 'it's up to Hailey because it's her body', he was forced to double down on that statement once again... on the same show.
The Canadian singer appeared on the show again on December 1 (but with more of a social distance between himself and the host) and DeGeneres enquired once more about the family's plans for children.
'I'm going to have as many as Hailey is wishing to push out,' the singer said in an equally feminist response as that in March. 'I'd love a little tribe but it's her body and whatever she wants to do.'

DeGeneres then asked: 'What are y'all waiting for? You know you love kids, you're so good with kids, what's the hold up?' (It's worth noting that Justin is 26-years-old and Hailey, 24 so to say the couple have plenty of time should they choose to have children is an understatement.)
'There's not really an issue but I think Hailey still has some things she wants to accomplish as a woman and I think she just is not ready yet and I think that's ok,' he responded somewhat awkwardly.
After the masked audience applauded Bieber's answer, DeGeneres said she agreed with the singer and that he and his wife should wait until they are ready.
Last month, Hailey was forced to shut down pregnancy speculation (which she's had to do on several occasions before like many other women in the public eye) when she claimed that US Weekly were due to publish a report suggesting she is pregnant.
'I'm not pregnant so please stop writing stories from your "sources" and focus on what's important, aka the election,' Hailey wrote on her Instagram Stories in the days after the US voted for their 46th president and were eagerly awaiting the results.
Original story 4/3/2020: Justin Bieber Delivers Feminist Statement About His Plans To Have Children With Hailey
Newlyweds Justin Bieber and Hailey have regularly spoken about their plans to have children one day and the singer has finally set the record straight about how the pair foresee parenthood.
During a game of ‘Burning Questions’ with Ellen DeGeneres on her talk show on Tuesday, the ‘Yummy’ singer revealed that he and Hailey call each other ‘Goo Goo’ and briefly spoke about their plans to start a family.
When quizzed how many kids they hope to have in the future, the star said: ‘I think it's up to Hailey because it's her body.’ Unsurprisingly, the feminist statement received a round of applause from the audience.
Since their first wedding in New York in September 2018 and second nuptials in south Carolina last September, the pair have regularly been the focus of fan and press speculation as to their plans to start a family.
Last December, Hailey responded to internet rumours that she was expecting her first child with her husband over the Thanksgiving period.
‘The internet is funny! No, I'm not pregnant. I just really love food,’ the 23-year-old posted on her Instagram Stories after a paparazzi picture of the model holding her hand on her stomach hit headlines.
The comments came months after Justin captioned a photograph of himself and Hailey at Disney World, Florida about his plans to have children with his wife one day.
‘Love dates with you baby.. one day Ill be doing daddy daughter dates..... not hinting at anything soon I’m not in a rush,’ he captioned the snap. 'I just wanna enjoy you by yourself for a while! [sic].'
On April Fool’s Day last year, the singer shared a picture of a baby scan without a caption, prompting his followers to believe that he and his wife were expecting a child. Another photograph showed Hailey holding onto her stomach in a doctor’s room.
‘Very funny,’ his wife responded to the post, confirming that the pair were playing a practical joke on their fans.
In November in 2018, the model told Vogue Arabia that she doesn’t plan to start her and Bieber’s family ‘any time soon’.
‘I love kids, and I can’t wait to have my own,’ she told the outlet. ‘I would say that now that’s a closer reality.’
Revealing that his wife smells like ‘Ariana Grande’s perfume’ and has him ‘wrapped around her finger’, the singer also told DeGeneres about the sweet surprise his wife had organised for his 26th birthday.
‘My wife did up my house really nicely, and she had a movie playing,’ he said, adding that his wife had placed candles outside his home. ‘It was, like, this really romantic night. It's not a big deal. It was pretty cool.'
