If you didn't already think Princess Charlotte might be the cutest royal to have ever graced the earth - what with her royal wave and sassy comebacks to photographers - a Palace insider has claimed the child's royal manners are also top-notch.

In an interview with US Weekly, a source said the three-year-old - who started nursery school in January - has become quite the little hostess at home with her family.

'She’ll come up to guests and ask them if they want tea or coffee or offer them sweets—so adorable!' they claimed.

Well, with Meghan Markle and Prince Harry as neighbours and visitors to the house in previous years including former president Barack Obama, we imagine the toddler is kept rather busy.

The source also described the princess as 'very bubbly. She’s definitely the biggest character of the three children at the moment'.

Meanwhile, Charlotte's baby brother Prince Louis - who was born on 23 April - is described as 'very quiet and content, always smiling and happy'.

Kate Middleton and Prince William are also said to be trying to keep their family life as normal as possible.

'William and Kate very much prioritise bringing up the children in as normal an environment as possible over anything else. They haven't lost sight of that,' the source added.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are said to take turns driving George to the Thomas's of Battersea school in south London and walking Charlotte to the Willcock’s Nursery School in Kensington.

Earlier this year royal biographer Catherine Mayer told E! News the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have decided to delay telling Prince George that he may one day be king.

'With George they are trying to delay that moment of realisation and give him normality before they thrust this on him,' the author of Charles: The Heart of a King told the news outlet.
