Kris Jenner has revealed the present she gave Kim Kardashian for her 40th birthday, and it's safe to say it's quite emotionally intense.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians crew are no strangers to lavish gifts. As well as decorating each other's houses in impressive flower arrangements and choosing expensive items, they're also big on lengthy and touching captions.

Kris has revealed she went one better for daughter Kim's recent birthday, writing her a letter that took 'hours' and gifting it to her on the big day. Blimey.

'I always thought I would write my kids a letter, but you know, it's really very time-consuming, because I write really long letters,' Kris said on the At Home with Linda & Drew Scott podcast. 'And I hadn't written one in a really long time.'

'So, when it was Kim's birthday, I sat down this past year and wrote her a really beautiful letter about how I felt about her. And I think it was like 20 pages long or something like that. [It took] a couple hours.'

20 pages? A couple hours? We can't even begin to imagine what filled those pages.

Thankfully, Kris explained, 'But I just kind of started with their births, and said this was one of the six greatest days of my life, and kind of the place they hold in my heart. And then, I got into the different things in life that have meant so much to me and the special moments that I'll never forget. So that, to me, means everything.'

Kris said she'd also written letters for daughters Kourtney, Kendall and Kylie Jenner, and that Rob and Khloe were next. Wow that's intense, but also pretty lovely.
