The great news for any budding Duchesses out there, is that you now have the chance to live in the exact flat that Kate Middleton once occupied when she was younger.

The small, insubstantial, teeny tiny catch is that you probably need to have a couple of million up your sleeve and be ready for a lot of competition.

The Middletons, a.k.a Kate and Pippa’s entrepreneurial parents Carole and Michael Middleton, have reportedly put their Old Church Street property on the market for a cool £1.95 million.
