The great news for any budding Duchesses out there, is that you now have the chance to live in the exact flat that Kate Middleton once occupied when she was younger.
The small, insubstantial, teeny tiny catch is that you probably need to have a couple of million up your sleeve and be ready for a lot of competition.
The Middletons, a.k.a Kate and Pippa’s entrepreneurial parents Carole and Michael Middleton, have reportedly put their Old Church Street property on the market for a cool £1.95 million.

The mother of Kate and Pippa (and son James), recently told the Telegraph of her closeness with her children, their spouses and her grandchildren, explaining: 'My biggest fear [as her offspring grew up] was that I’d lose my family, but we’ve stayed close.'
The former stewardess continued, 'I have two lovely sons-in-law and...I hope I’ll have a lovely daughter-in-law.'
