Trousers have been through a lot lately, going from second-skin legging skinny (Saint Laurent) to bell bottomed (Gucci) to the widest possible flare (Céline) in the span of a single season (aw16.) Spring/summer 2017 introduces a new shape to add to your rotation: the frilled skinny. 

It's a cigarette leg on top, with a little ruffly flounce on the bottom and we're spying it everywhere.
