Yesterday Bieber stepped out in New York wearing a Tom Ford-era Gucci dress, SS98 to be exact, notably worn by Wintour herself.

Stylist Michelle made her mission clear on her Instagram account, sharing images of both Bieber and Wintour in the iridescent blue shift dress, captioning her post: 'icons only'.

Khloe Kardashian took to the comments to praise the former dancer. Kardashian said what we were all thinking, writing: 'Chiiiiiic'.

Bieber paired the archive mini dress with clear, stiletto heels, a camel clutch, 1990s-style sunglasses and a Rhode case clad iPhone.
