Bella Hadid has returned to the Cannes Film Festival, wearing a gorgeous light pink Alexandre Vauthier sweetheart-neck gown, giant sapphire pendant, and fair amount of garment tape at its Opening Gala and premiere of Ismael's Ghosts (Les Fantomes d'Ismael) tonight. (A bit of her just-got-back-from-another-vacay tan lines are visible, but that's not the worst problem to have.)
