This morning, Taylor Swift's new video for "Blank Space" debuted on Yahoo, and it was insanely good, insanely pretty, and just insane—buuut appears to have been an early leak. The vid has since been removed, leaving a, er, blank space, instead of the amazing short film directed by Joseph Kahn.
But, before it was removed, we got a peek at the glorious craziness. In the video, Taylor Swift is your regular old castle/estate-dwelling girl, who wakes up (with Olivia Benson in hand) to greet a super hot suitor, who arrives in a fancy car.
(But like, superhot.)
They dance alone in black tie, because that's what you do in a castle-like house.
She paints his portrait. Normal.
And, in a wonderfully self-aware moment, hangs it in the blank space (GET IT?) of a hallway filled with portraits of other dudes that look just like our hot dude of the moment. Because even Taylor Swift knows Taylor Swift has a type.
They walk their dogs (just like us!).
They play tag on the sweeping grounds.
They carve their names into trees, while a horse watches.
Annndddd then Taylor goes completely insane (while a deer watches?):
And stands on a horse for some reason.
Crazy good.
