Inside Bella Hadid's Luxe New $6.1 Million Soho Penthouse Apartment

Bella Hadid may be quarantining on a Pennsylvania farm right now with her mother Yolanda Hadid and her sister Gigi Hadid, but the New York Post and Dirt report that Bella quietly purchased a swanky Manhattan penthouse in November. The 2,180 square foot two-bedroom, two-bathroom loft apartment features a private roof terrace, built-in closets, and a back-lit wine room that can hold up to 100 bottles. The unit is in a luxury doorman building in the heart of Soho.

Dirt points out that Gigi's boyfriend Zayn Malik actually once owned a $10.7 million penthouse in the building, which he sold just a month after Bella purchased her unit. Bella won't be too far from Gigi though—and likely Zayn too, should the two make their New York City home in Gigi's apartment. Gigi bought two units in a Noho building (a two-bedroom initially in 2015 and a three-bedroom in December 2018), which the Post's sources say she plans to combine into one big five-bedroom unit.

Bella previously moved in with her ex-boyfriend The Weeknd when they were dating in October 2018. He had a $60,000-a-month TriBeCa condo. The two broke up in August 2019, just three months before Bella would buy her own penthouse. It's unclear when Bella and Gigi plan to come back to New York City with much of the country still in quarantine during the coronavirus pandemic. But luxurious units await them both.
