Ariana Grande started her Thursday morning with a career milestone: her first Oscar nomination. The star received a Best Supporting Actress nod for her work as Glinda in Wicked.

Shortly after Oscar nominations were announced, Grande posted her initial reaction on Instagram. She reflected on her childhood and history with Wicked and The Wizard of Oz. “I’m humbled and deeply honored to be in such brilliant company and sharing this with tiny Ari who sat and studied Judy Garland singing ‘Somewhere Over the Rainbow’ just before the big, beautiful bubble entered,” she wrote alongside a photo of herself in a Dorothy costume as a kid. “I’m so proud of you, tiny.”

She also admitted that the moment brought her to tears and rendered her speechless: “I don’t quite have all my words yet; I’m still trying to breathe,” she said. “But thank you. Oh my goodness, thank you.”
