The Biebers took some time away from baby Jack to attend church together in Los Angeles. Hailey and Justin left the service, both wearing pops of red. Hailey had on a leopard print coat from Toteme, black Intimissimi top, pants, and red sneakers. Justin opted for a red sweater and oversize black pants.
This marks one of their first public outings since welcoming their son on August 22. A source spoke to People on September 22 about how the Biebers have been adjusting to parenthood. “They seem even more in love since the baby arrived,” the insider said, adding that Hailey is “feeling great, [and Justin is] encouraging her to catch up with friends.”
Justin himself has “been in a happy bubble since baby Jack was born. [He] wants to focus on being a great dad and husband.”
Hailey spoke to W magazine during her pregnancy about how far tabloid gossip is from their lived reality. “People have made me feel so bad about my relationship since day one,” she said, sharing she works with a therapist to try to “compartmentalize” the negativity.
“‘Oh, they’re falling apart. They hate each other. They’re getting divorced.’ It’s like people don’t want to believe that we’re happy,” she continued. “I used to try to act like it hurts less and less. I’ve tried to think that you get used to it at a certain point, that this is what’s going to be said and this is how people are going to be. But I realize that it doesn’t actually ever hurt any less.”
